These spinning reels have a front drag adjustment of this reel which is generally preferred for spinning reels due to the simpler and more robust design of the drag mechanism where the braking force is applied directly by the drag adjustment. It's a simpler drag mechanism, more direct and more reliable.

Abu Garcia are using the two digit size codes for these MAX X spinning reels. So the 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, etc sizing compares to the 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 formats used on some other reels. The two mean the same thing, just one format uses an extra two zeros at the end.
