Shakespeare Beta replaces the Omni-X monofilament.

OUR OPINION

Good cheap nylon monofilament. Knots well and has reliable breaking strength. Can be used where you're not looking for anything special or just want some simple clear monofilament at a decent price.

This line has quite a following amongst fly fishermen as a good cheap leader material.

As well as fishing applications, we sell a lot of this for other uses such as product photography, art installations, hanging pictures etc where it is often asked for as 'fishing wire'.
