Great for nymph fishing in clear water or anywhere the fish are proving hard to tempt.

One 9 ft Fluorocarbon leader per pack.

MANUFACTURERS DESCRIPTION

We all know the advantages of Fluorocarbon as a tippet material. Our new range of tapered fluorocarbon leadres combine the benefits of fluorocarbon with the convenience of a tapered leader. The 9ft leaders have a 4ft parallel butt section, a 2.3ft taper and a 2.7ft parallel tip, for precise, controlled presentation.

Ideal for river or stillwater nymph fishing, particularly in crystal clear water.

DETAILS

These 9ft fluorocarbon tapered leaders are available in the following strengths:

3lb - 5X - Tip: 0.15mm
5lb - 4X - Tip: 0.18mm
6lb - 3X - Tip: 0.21mm
8lb - 2X - Tip: 0.24mm

OUR OPINION

The great thing about fluorocarbon is that it won't sit on the surface leaving that very visible line in the surface film. These tapered fluorocarbon leaders are great for nymphs and for all but the smallest dry flies.
