The angling superglues (cyanoacrylates) tend to have a rubber compound in their formulation to stop water exposure weakening the bond. They're great for fly tying, securing line and leader connections and for strengthening and smoothing fishing knots.

Angling Epoxies are great for forming fly heads and bodies, for attaching fly eyes, for glueing hooks into bodies and for attaching rod guides and coating rod wraps.
