Product Description

A really useful fly line / leader cleaner and straightener from Snowbee. Made from real leather this line cleaner and straightener has two separate sections, one with felt pads for cleaning and the other with rubber pads for straightening.

HOW TO USE THE SNOWBEE LINE CLEANER AND STRAIGHTENER

The felt pads on the cleaning section can be used to clean or degrease fly lines and leaders.

For cleaning fly lines, apply plenty of your preferred fly line cleaner or conditioner to the felt pads and pull the line through the pads while applying a gently pressure. For the best results you might want to let the line cleaner or conditioner sit on the line for a while before polishing off with a clean cloth. Full instructions are usually provided with the line cleaner / conditioner.

For cleaning, degreasing or applying sinkant to your leader the process is very the same as above. Wet the felt pads with the solution you're using and pull the line through between the pads. In this case there's usually no need to wait before using and this can be done on the bank as and when needed.

To use leader straightener, all that's needed is to pull the leader gently through the rubber pads, again applying a slight pressure to the pads so the line is given a gentle stretch. This straightens out any curls and kinks in the line helping it lie flat for better presentation and keeping you more in touch with what's happening when fishing.
