OUR OPINION

The original World Class Fluorocarbon was probably the UK's favourite fluorocarbon for fly fishing, largely due to it's great fish catching properties, extreme reliability and fantastic value for money.

The new V2 version uses a newer generation of fluorocarbon but with the same great characteristics and performance we've come to love and rely upon.

We find the most popular strengths we sell are 5lb, 6lb and 8lb for trout fishing and 12lb and 15lb for salmon fishing.

These 100m spools are better value than the 50m spools, saving 20-25% on the cost of two 50m spools, and last longer meaning you need to reorder less frequently.
