DETAILS

The polyleaders have a high strength monofilament core surrounded by an outer, ultra supple, tapered polymer that provides the weight distribution to link the turnover energy in the fly line to the leader.
Sink Rates:

Floating (F) - Floats
Intermediate (I) - Sinks at 1.5"/sec.
Medium Sink (M) - Sinks at 2.6"/sec.
Fast Sink (F) - Sinks at 3.9"/sec.
Super Fast Sink - Sinks at 4.9"/sec

Poly-Coated Leaders (PCLS) Salmon

A superb range of salmon leaders, contsructed with a taper PU coating over a supple monofilament core. A moulded loop allows easy connection and movement through the tip ring. The taper gives a silky smooth finish for for superb, controlled turnover and delicate presentation.

Polycoated leaders are available in a range of densities to suit a wide range of fishing situations.

Snowbee Salmon PCLs are the perfect addition to our scandinavian-Spey lines and shooting heads - When spey casting, the additional 14-16ft of 'polyleader' allows for a more effective control of the 'anchor point'.

OUR OPINION

Decent Salmon fly lines are expensive and using a polyleader is a cheap and easy way to extend the use of floating lines to fish subsurface. Change your polyleader and you change your fishing depth - an easy way to add a sink tip to your armoury at very little cost.
