Another cracking deal for the fisherman with several fly lines. The Centurion Large Arbor Fly Reel, is similar to the Mamba reel but the body is made from aluminium for extra strength and durability. It comes with a total of 4 colour coded spools (one on the reel plus three spare) that make changing lines a doddle.
With an aluminium body, this lightweight reel runs smoothly and the offset disc drag is finely adjustable from little or no resistance to something that would easily stop a salmon.
The Reel and four spools (Silver, Grey, Green and Black) is available in one size only for AFTM 6-8 lines.
These are terrific value fly reels that are a bit stronger and more refined than the Mamba. Note that although similar to the mamba fly reel, the centurion spools are not interchangeable with the mamba reel and vice versa.
